BY USING THE WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.  These Terms and Conditions govern your use of, and any purchase from, the Robert Michael Gems Website, and constitute an agreement between you and us. We reserve the right to change or modify any of these Terms and Conditions or any policy or guideline of the Website at any time, and in our sole discretion. Any change or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the Website. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of its changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications. Therefore, you should frequently review these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable policies from time-to-time to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Site. Product Descriptions and Pricing
At Robert Michael Gems, we make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible.  However, on occasion we may inadvertently display or describe our products incorrectly due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, however, we reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur.  If you purchase a product that was previously sold and we fail to remove the product from the Website, we will notify you of such error and, at our discretion, either cancel the order for a full refund or offer a similar product. Our prices are subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at 303-638-5000.  
In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in detail, we tend to show multiple images of our products.  These images may appear larger or smaller than their actual size and since every computer monitor is set differently, the color may vary slightly.
Our objective is to provide you with as much information and detail about your prospective purchase as possible so that you can see the beauty and shape of a particular item.  We provide a carat weight on the majority of our faceted gems using our own scales.  Please be aware that the carat weight is rounded up or down as we see fit and may vary 0.1 carats when using your scales.  Additionally, we provide the measurement of our products in millimeters based on our own tools. Slight variances may be encountered during manufacturing and as such a tolerance of 0.3mm may occur.

Shipping
All items purchased will be shipped using either FedEx, UPS or USPS Mail.  We strive to ship every order within 2 business days of receiving your order and total payment. If you prefer a different method of shipping, please contact us prior to ordering so we can adjust the shipping method.   An email with the Tracking Number is normally sent to you when your item has been shipped.
Please make sure the shipping address and email address are correct before placing your order. We aren’t responsible for shipments that have been misdirected due to incorrect address entries.  Should your purchased items not be received within the time frames identified by the shipper, please contact the shipper.  If you do not receive a tracking number at the e-mail address you provided during the purchase process, please contact us with your order details and we will gladly assist you in locating your tracking number.  

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
If you have questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact us at 303-638-5000 before purchasing. We typically make ourselves available during regular business hours (Mountain Time) to answer questions. 
If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund, and subject to all conditions listed below.  If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the refund request.
•    Return items must be received in our offices within 20 business days of the date you receive your item.  
•    Special order products and Special Handling costs are non-refundable.
•    Returned items should be sent to Robert Michael G&J, LLC, 3871 Black Feather Trail, Castle Rock, CO 80104.
•    Returned items must be in the same condition when the item was sent.  We will not honor refund requests on any item which shows any signs of use, damage or alteration.  We also ask that you return your item in the original shipping package along with all original packing material and jewelry boxes for evaluation purposes.  
•    In the event an item is missing or damaged in transit to you, you must send us an email at rm@robertmichaelgems.com, or notify us by phone at 303-638-5000, within 2 calendar days of receipt of your item.  
•    Once a returned item passes our quality inspection and is approved for refund, we will credit the card used for the original purchase. It typically takes 2 to 10 business days for this credit to appear on your card account. 
•    You’ll be responsible for all return shipping and insurance fees.
•    Please do not ship returns C.O.D.  Items returned C.O.D will be refused.
•    We are not responsible for lost or damages to the items you return to us. 

Cancel or Change an Order
If you would like to change or cancel an order please call us immediately at 303-638-5000.  We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping. Changes may result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests or orders that have already shipped.  However, you may return the items upon receipt by following the details in the Returns, Refunds and Exchanges section above.

Our website and all content, including, without limitation, the Robert Michael Gems logo, and all designs, text, graphics, pictures, selection, coordination, 'look and feel', information, data, software, sounds, as well as the selection and arrangement thereof, collectively referred to as “Site Content”, are the proprietary property of Robert Michael Gems & Jewelry, LLC, and are protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

You are granted a personal, limited license to access and use our Webite and to print to hard copy portions of our Site Material for your personal, private and non-commercial use only.  Images of Robert Michael Gems products may not be used under any circumstance and is strictly prohibited.
